Our Hair Loss Treatment Process
Complete a confidential online medical questionnaire.
Online medical consultations are entirely legal. They reduce the health cost burden to the country and facilitate access to health in more remote, rural areas. That's why you will notice that more and more medical consultations are transitioning online in Australia each year.
Your online medical questionnaire should be treated in the same manner as if you were having a face to face consultation with your local doctor. You must answer all questions honestly and accurately.
If you forget to tell us something or tell us something untrue, our doctors may prescribe a medicine that harms rather than helps you.
Due to Australian legal requirements, we are prohibited from advertising prescription medication to the general public. During your consultation, you will gain access to our online hair loss clinic. There you can choose from a range of products, including prescription medication and natural supplements, to suit your budget and needs.
Subscription prices range from $1.5 a day to $3.5 a day, including the cost of postage, medication and consultation fees.
A Hairmop doctor will review your online medication questionnaire. Based on your answers to the questionnaire, the doctor will assess your situation and, if appropriate, safely prescribe medication to you on a 3-monthly subscription basis.
You can terminate your subscription at any time by giving us at least 5 days' notice prior to your next scheduled delivery date. You can track your next scheduled delivery date and make changes to your subscription packages at any time on your online personal portal once you register and create an account.
If a doctor determines that a certain hair loss treatment is unsuitable for your use, you will receive a full refund to the card you originally used for payment.
Shipping and delivery.
Our pharmacy partner will compound your medication and dispense it with discretion, using Australia Post express delivery services, to your doorstep. You will be required to sign on delivery. If you aren't home, a card will be left in your mail box detailing the nearest Australia Post outlet where your parcel can be collected.
