Delivery

If your questionnaire is approved by a Hairmop doctor, your medication will be dispatched within two to five business days into the Australia Post Express network. General information about Australia Post's delivery times and standards can be confirmed by clicking here.

Australia Post is a third party delivery provider engaged by Hairmop and, as such, Hairmop cannot be liable for any loss or damage (including but not limited to consequential loss) resulting from the conduct of Australia Post.

All parcels will be delivered to the provided address and will require a signature on receipt. It is recommended to provide a work address for delivery if no one is home during business hours. Due to security issues, the parcel cannot be left unattended. Where no one is home to sign for the parcel, a card will be left detailing the nearest Australia Post outlet where the parcel can be collected during normal business hours.

Returns

We will only provide you with a refund on your order if:

  • a Hairmop doctor reviews your online questionnaire and determines (at the doctor's sole and absolute discretion) that the product(s) is/are not suitable for your use;
  • our money back guarantee applies;
  • an item you have ordered is out of stock; or
  • a product or pricing error is identified.

Unfortunately, we do not take refunds on any of our products once they have been dispatched. Due to state health regulations general medicines and prescriptions including any preparation that is taken orally cannot be returned or refunded. This is because once the product has left the pharmacy, the storage conditions of the product cannot be guaranteed and also it is possible the product could be tampered with. Refunds, if applicable, will only be made to the card originally used for payment.

  • the products must have been taken on a daily basis, as per the instructions on each product;
  • you must notify us of your intention to redeem the money back guarantee at least 2 weeks prior to your next scheduled billing date;
  • the money back guarantee cannot be claimed on postage and handling ($15) or the doctor consultation ($25), being $40 in total; and
  • you can only make claims under the Hairmop money back guarantee once throughout your lifetime.

In order to submit a request for the money back guarantee, please:
